About Us

Designed for Lenders, By Lenders.

Mortgage Automator is mortgage automation software built for the way private lenders actually operate. The platform helps private lenders, hard money lenders, MICs, private funds, and non-bank lenders manage the work behind every loan, from origination and document generation to servicing, compliance, investor management, and reporting.

What started as a tool for one private lending business has grown into a connected platform for mortgage workflow automation, loan servicing software, fund management, document generation and reporting, so lenders can reduce manual work and keep daily operations moving with more control.

Private Lending Expertise Since 2013

Mortgage Automator was first built in 2013 to solve a real operational problem inside a private lending business. The team needed a faster way to generate documents, reduce repetitive admin, and manage day-to-day lending work without relying on disconnected systems.

After years of internal development, the platform officially launched in 2019 and expanded beyond document generation into a full private lending software platform. Today, Mortgage Automator supports private lenders, hard money lenders, MICs, funds, and commercial lending teams across Canada, the United States, and Australia.

The platform was built by private lenders for private lenders, which shaped how the product developed. Instead of forcing lenders into a generic LOS software workflow, Mortgage Automator was designed around the work private lending teams handle every day: borrower intake, loan origination, document generation, compliance steps, servicing, fund management, investor reporting, and portfolio oversight.

What We Help Lenders Automate

Private lending operations involve more than moving a loan from application to approval. Every file carries borrower details, documents, conditions, compliance steps, servicing activity, payment records, investor updates, and reporting requirements. Mortgage Automator helps lenders manage that work in one connected system.

See It In Action

Loan Origination Workflows

Mortgage Automator helps lenders manage the loan origination process from intake through approval, closing, and funding. Teams can track file status, assign tasks, manage conditions, and move each loan through defined workflow stages instead of relying on spreadsheets or manual follow-up.

Borrower Management

Lenders get one place to manage borrower records, communication, documents, and loan history throughout the lending process. With borrower portal support, teams can also give borrowers a more structured way to upload documents, respond to requests, and stay updated on next steps.

This helps reduce duplicate entries, keeps borrower information tied to the loan, and makes follow-up easier for both the lending team and the borrower.

Mortgage Document Generation

Mortgage Automator helps lenders generate loan documents, commitment letters, servicing documents, and other required paperwork from the data already in the system. This reduces repetitive document creation work and helps teams keep documentation tied to the right borrower, loan, and deal structure.

Compliance Tracking

Compliance steps are easier to manage when they are built into the workflow. Mortgage Automator helps lenders track required documents, approvals, disclosures, KYC/AML steps, and audit trails as part of the lending process instead of handling them as separate manual tasks.

Loan Servicing

Mortgage Automator supports servicing workflows after the loan closes, including payment tracking, borrower updates, servicing records, and ongoing account management. For private lenders and small lenders, this helps reduce the manual work that often builds up after funding.

Payment Processing Workflows

Payment activity can quickly become difficult to manage when updates live across spreadsheets, bank records, and inboxes. Mortgage Automator helps lenders keep payment workflows connected to the loan record, so servicing teams can track activity with less manual reconciliation.

Investor Reporting

Investor reporting should not require teams to rebuild loan and fund updates by hand. Mortgage Automator helps lenders manage investor visibility, reporting workflows, capital tracking, and fund-related activity in one connected platform.

Portfolio Management

As loan volume grows, lenders need a reliable way to see what is active, what needs attention, and where risk or delays may be building. Mortgage Automator helps teams manage portfolio activity across loans, borrowers, payments, servicing, and investor records.

Automated Notifications

Automated notifications help keep borrowers, brokers, team members, and investors informed without turning every update into another manual task. Lenders can use workflow-based reminders and updates to reduce follow-up and keep files moving.

Reporting and Analytics

Mortgage Automator gives lenders access to reporting and analytics across origination, servicing, portfolio activity, and business performance. This helps teams understand where work is moving, where files are slowing down, and what needs attention across the lending operation.

How We Work With Lenders

Mortgage Automator is designed to support the way each lending business actually operates. During implementation, the team helps lenders move from spreadsheets, legacy systems, or disconnected tools into a more structured lending workflow.

1. Discovery and Workflow Review

The process starts with understanding how the lending team works today: loan types, origination steps, servicing workflows, document requirements, investor reporting, approvals, and current operational bottlenecks.

2. Platform Setup and Configuration

Mortgage Automator is configured around the lender’s workflows, including pipeline stages, user roles, document templates, servicing needs, reporting requirements, and internal processes.

3. Data Migration

For lenders moving from spreadsheets or another system, the team supports data migration so borrower records, loan information, and key operational data can move into Mortgage Automator with less manual lift.

4. Integrations and Workflow Connections

Mortgage Automator can be configured with the tools and integrations needed to support daily lending operations, helping teams reduce duplicate entry and keep work connected across origination, servicing, and reporting.

5. Ongoing Customer Success

After launch, Mortgage Automator continues to support lenders as their workflows evolve, whether they are adding new loan products, expanding servicing needs, improving reporting, or scaling lending operations.

Built by People Who Know Private Lending

Mortgage Automator was created by a team that understood the operational pressure inside private lending before building software for it. That experience shaped the product from the start: the platform had to support real lending workflows, not an idealized version of how loans move.
